Trackmonkey Racing's Javid Kelley and Tommy Lyman attended the PCA HPDE event at Roebling Road Jan. 14-15 for much needed winter testing. The 2004 STi performed flawlessly over the weekend, while Javid and Tommy worked on set-up for the upcoming One Lap of America competition (www.onelapofamerica.com). Lyman turned in fast times, as he will be the main driver at the upcoming Roebling time-trial in May, while Kelley learned the finer aspects of the high-speed course. Both drivers saw heavy traffic over the weekend as well, with many of the what should-be faster Porsche 911's and Turbo's being annihilated by the Trackmonkey Time Trial Subaru STi. The next event for the two drivers is the NASA HPDE/Pro Racing event at VIR Feb.17-19 for more winter testing.
